Faluda

This evening Ant enjoyed Faluda (left hand photo)… which was apparently a bit like a drinkable trifle, with ice-cream, rose syrup, tapioca, condensed milk, cake and luminous jelly bits. I opted for the slightly less random, but equally non-natural coloured Strawberry Lassi (right hand photo). Beforehand we ate rather a lot of thali and dohsa. YUM.
